Henkaku is installed using a browser exploit, which is very easy to do. For h-encore, you need to get the app on the Vita using QCMA, which is not exactly difficult it’s just a lot more steps and requires logging in with an active PSN account.
h-encore a port of the original 3.60 HENkaku that allows homebrew for PS Vita devices on firmware 3.65 to 3.68. h-encore grants all the benefits of custom firmware such as the extra features and customisation options. The h-encore exploit is not persistent and it will need to be installed through an app every time your PS Vita reboots.
With H-encore we have to install henkaku each and every time on 3.67/3.68, however the exploit itself is within it’s own little app, and doesn’t require using the web browser at all, or anything requiring internet access where it might fail a few times due to a bad internet connection, or interruption of service . Essentially it will be 100% offline.
